FIRST LEGO League Qualifying Tournament to be held at Houghton College. Event sponsored by the Instructional Support Services Division of C-A BOCES. Nine teams from six area schools to compete to go on to the Finger Lakes Regional Lego Tournament. Teams of up to 10 students aged 6-14 will compete in "Robot Design." Additional awards will be given for teamwork, robot performance, and overall project. Snacks and lunch will also be provided. See national web site -- www.usfirst.org -- for more information.

Our new web site has been built using the open-source Drupal Content Management System. The Drupal software platform provides a collaborative authoring environment that will empower BOCES employees to keep our web site fresh and up-to-date. For large-scale web sites, Drupal is the most widely used Content Management System in the world, and, last month, was used for the redesign of Barack Obama's WhiteHouse.gov web site.
